As we continue our march into Spring, the signs are everywhere…green shoots pushing up through the frozen earth, shining buds appearing on trees, lengthening days: the list goes on.

Yet although we are opening the door wider to 2013, we still can’t be sure what lies ahead: will there be challenges, changes, uncertainty?

Not necessarily…there are ways in which we can turn each of these around to our benefit and advantage by

• creating opportunities out of challenges
• using changes to make fresh starts
• developing plans to prepare for the future
