Leonardo Da Vinci Mobility Programme.
BC CONSULTANTS through Borders College were part of a successful application to the Leonardo Da Vinci Mobility Programme to fund transnational work experience for childcare workers in the Scottish Borders.
All childcare workers undertaking SVQ’s in Children’s Care Learning and Development at Levels 2 and 3 in the Borders were invited to apply and following interviews four candidates have been selected. The lucky four will spend 3 weeks on placement in nursery schools in Eskilstuna, Sweden during May 2008.
The successful candidates, who are also supported by the Borders Childcare Partnership, are:

Tracey Sweeney- Langlee Nursery
Ashleigh Dixon- Cherrytrees
Sharon Thackeray- Careshare Beeches
