Modern Apprenticeship Programme – Leadership & Management.
MARCH saw a significant addition to our present Modern Apprenticeship Programme with 24 MAs in Management from Farne Salmon & Trout in Duns. With the assistance of funding from Scottish Enterprise Borders the candidates have signed up to complete an SVQ in Management at Level 3, with access to our new on-line learning materials to supplement their knowledge and understanding.
The candidates come from a variety of areas within the Company and with support from their assessors will spend the next year gaining skills, knowledge and experience to ensure competence to meet the standards for the successful completion of their VQ.
