The Winner Takes It All!.
Andrew Tough, Catering Manager of Baxters is pictured outside the Selkirk branch after winning BC Consultants recent Customer Service Competition.
“I am really delighted to have won this award. It’s good to know that here at Baxters we are able to offer such great service,” commented Andrew.
He was presented with a cheque for £100 and an engraved silver salver, having been unanimously judged as the best nominated entry. In the nomination, Andrew was noted for his exceptional customer service in the Signature Restaurant. His courteous, cheery manner and helpfulness drew praise, as did his obvious dedication to the job when going that extra mile during busy times to support customers.
Lynn Dickson, Assistant Operations Manager, said, “Here at Baxters, we continuously strive towards excellent customer service and so we are all thrilled that Andrew has won this competition.”
The Competition was run as part of Customer Service Week in October. Each member of BC Consultants was invited, over a six week period, to nominate individuals across the length and breadth of Scotland, for examples of outstanding customer service.
