Clair's Going The Extra Mile!.

Eighteen year old Clair Crosby has been employed as a waitress by the organisation at Eckford for just over a year. She was offered the opportunity to take part in BC Consultants Scottish Vocational Qualification programme because of her promising progress and attitude within the restaurant and so she jumped at the chance to develop her skills and further her career.
Clair has become a valued and respected member of the busy restaurant team, due to her hard work and commitment to the Customer Service VQ on which she has been working.
She has consistently met her targets throughout the duration of her programme and looks set to complete the qualification earlier than expected, such is her dedication and enthusiasm:
“I am really enjoying the experience and being able to learn and work at the same time. Now that I have discovered this way of learning I am tempted to try for even more qualifications when I am finished this one.”
Her manager, Russell Milner comments: “Since starting her SVQ Clair has shown a new enthusiasm for customer service which can only benefit Teviot Game Fare Smokery and its many customers.”
Whatever opportunities and challenges lie ahead, one thing is for certain, Clair will give them everything she has and more…she will certainly ‘go the extra mile’!
