Hotel Group Score 100% Success.

 

The Menzies Hotel in Glasgow was the venue for an intensive three day In-House Intermediate Food Hygiene course, drawing participants from across Scotland.    

Subjects covered over the three days included – Bacteriology, Food Poisoning, Food Borne Infection, Non-Bacterial Food Poisoning, Contamination and Its Prevention, Personal Hygiene, Food Storage and Temperature Control, Food Preservation, Design, Construction and Maintenance of Food Premises, Cleaning and Disinfection, Pest Control, Hazard Analysis and Food Safety Legislation.

The hard work paid off, with all of the participants successfully passing the examination and gaining The Royal Environmental Health Institute of Scotland Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate.
