BC Consultants are well known for their high standards and experience of delivery of training to the Childcare Sector.
The Team have worked extensively with Childcare Organisations and Nurseries throughout the Borders and Central Scotland for some 10 years.
The range of Training includes Vocational and 'Soft-Skills', all of which are designed and delivered to achieve the highest standards possible in accordance with the National Childcare Strategies and to continually explore new innovative approaches to learning. Current initiatives include development of a CD ROMS and distance learning materials.
Scottish Vocational Qualification (SVQ) levels 2 & 3 and Modern Apprenticeships are available both in Early Years and Playwork in addition to Level 4 in Early Years. There is also a range of practical short courses in related topics such as Parenting, Behaviour Management and Play & the Play Environment.
