BC Consultants offers an extensive programme of Management Training and Solutions to meet the wide variety of differing business needs.
The portfolio includes both certified qualifications - such as Scottish Vocational Qualifications (SVQ) and Modern Apprenticeships in Management - in addition to a wide range of short courses such as Supervisory Skills, Leadership, Teambuilding, Communications, Negotiating etc.
Whilst the general principles of Management are similar for many organisations, we recognise the importance of tailoring business and staff development programmes to the specific needs of organisations or individuals.
The current portfolio offers a diverse selection of consultancy, training and development delivered by a team who have extensive Management experience from a wide range of industries and can deliver on a flexible basis to suit clients.
These training solutions can be delivered as tutor lead workshops or through 'blended learning' with our Team of experienced tutors supporting training through your own in house e-learning.

M1 Introductory Awards
These qualifications, which are certified by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), have been developed to give you an introduction to each level of management within an organisation. Whilst each can be taken as a recognised qualification in their own right, they can also be taken as a stepping stone to the corresponding full Certificate or Diploma.
